International Buffet at Colony @Ritz Calton

It had been a while to have international buffet. And Colony @Ritz Calton didn’t disappoint me at all. With high standard of service, modern but localised decoration and great quality of food, it’s definitely in my top 3 buffet choices in Singapore.

With 88++ per head, it serves fresh seafoods, from raw oysters, mussels, crabs, to cheese lobsters. It also serves delicious local delights, from chicken rice, laksa, satay, rojak, tandoori chicken, to chilli crab. And their international choices include cheeses, breads, Dim Sum, Indian delights, sashimi, roast ducks, fresh fruit juices, desserts and ice-creams. They still have room to improve in their desserts, other than that I have nothing to complain.

It is now my shortlisted dinner place to invite my close friends and important guests from overseas.

Very nice food presentation and environment. Food is delicious and waiters are efficient. The one thing is my coffee serviced today was over toasted, so the after-taste was too bitter. Other than that, it’s a nice place to hangout on a lazy Sunday morning.
